Bravo to Lars Bak, who finally manages to do what he so desperately wanted to do while the Giro was in Denmark (Bak’s home country) in the first week of the race.

Attacking out of a breakaway group, which held off the peloton and made it to the end of the stage, then time trialing his way to victory on Stage 12. With Sandy Casar beating out Andrey Amador for second place 11 seconds behind the Dane.

Rodriguez remains in Pink, despite Casar’s best efforts and those hideous shorts!!!!

It’s nice to see the tentative return of the Mullett to the Pro Peloton. Kudos to Sky’s Rigoberto Uran!!!
